#OUTFIT. I QUADERNI PER GLI APPUNTI

Ogni volta che parto per qualche avventura, ma spesso anche quando mi muovo in città, ho con me un quaderno per gli appunti. Una delle mie manie è sceglierlo fra i tanti che possiedo, ad esempio per la #mfw ho portato il quaderno di Freud. Giusto per allinearmi al mood di quei giorni.
Non posso entrare in una cartoleria che spendo un capitale, mi piacciono tantissimo le agende e i taccuini. Fra i miei preferiti c'è il mitico Moleskine, ma anche Légami e My Red Book. E voi? Quale quaderno usate?

Every time I leave for some adventure, but often when I move into the city, I have with me a notebook for notes. One of my obsessions is choose among the many who have, for example for the #mfw I brought the book of Freud. Just to align myself with the mood of those days. I can not go to a stationery store that I spend a capital, I really like agendas and notebooks. Among my favorites is the legendary Moleskine, but also Légami and My Red Book. And you? Which book do you use?

#mfw the last day. Every story needs a book

La settimana della moda milanese si è appena conclusa e lascia, come sempre, la sensazione di una festa ultimata. Un po' com'era a scuola, a fine anno, dopo gli esami di maturità. Qualcuno promosso, qualcun altro bocciato. Ciao ciao ci vediamo e poi, invece, chi li ha visti più. 

L'unica differenza è che qui, al contrario, li rivedi sempre: le solite acconciature da street style, le sempreverdi signore della moda, qualche ragazzina nuova in cerca di shooting, tante fragilità che si nascondono dentro un cappello a tesa larga.

Ma ciò che andrebbe visto davvero non si nota così facilmente. Stanzia silenzioso in qualche angolo di un party. Come My Red Book di Nava Design, vuoto al suo interno, che puoi riempire con la tua storia magari seguendo le orme del Red Book di Gustav Jung scritto tra il 1914 e il 1930.   

L'ho trovato da Brian&Barry a Milano sorseggiando un frizzantino durante la Fashion Blogger's Lounge e l'ho fatto "indossare" alla bellissima Paola Bonetti, buyer donna dello store. Giusto per farvelo vedere. Stava laggiù, autorevole ma non troppo in mostra, in mezzo ai capi firmati del negozio. 

Ecco, ogni tanto bisogna guardare più a fondo. Per scoprire, felicemente, che mai come in questa edizione della MFW le storie ci sono piovute addosso. 

Poi c'è anche chi ha aperto l'ombrello. Ma era firmato. E ha creduto potesse bastare.

Milan Fashion Week is over and it feels like the party is over. Like the end of the school year, after the exams. Some passed other failed the test. See you darling, and then they are gone forever. The only difference is that here you will meet them over and over again: the same hair, the same ladies, the new IT girl, a million personalities hiding behind a hat.

What is really worth seeing is hard to notice. It is sitting somewhere at a party, like this red book. Empty on the inside, you can fill it with a story. I found it at Brian&Barry in Milan drinking bubbles with other fashion bloggers. It was there not showing off, surrounded by designer clothes. At times you need to look deeper. To find out that at this MFW we were showered in stories and faces. Some people decided to open the umbrella and thought it was enough.
